LAND PURCHASE/ACQUIZITION AGREEMENT
THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA

IN THE MATTER OF REST ASSURED PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LTD (RAPI HOME SCHEME)

In order to meet your dream of getting a home on a payment plan, we allow payments from zero. Rest Assured Property Investments came up with terms and conditions to guide you through this scheme.

Below are the terms and condition to put under consideration for clients to read carefully and understand and sign before starting his/her payment journey.

  • To access our services, you must register for this scheme, you must provide us with your full legal names, business address, phone number, email address and any other information indicated as required. Rest Assured may reject your application for this service for any reason, at your sole discretion. A non-refundable account activation fees of UGX 500 is required.
  • You must learn our payment methods and keep your credentials secret. Rest Assured Property Investment will not be liable for any loss or damages from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password. It’s a responsibility of our client to keep his receipts or any proof of payments and also follows the payment process as instructed by our staff or technical support in respect of the service is only provided to Rest Assured Property Investment.   • That both parties agree that under this payment plan that they shall never get involved in any act of cybercrimes or even help any person encroach into our system
  • You agree that your information will be encrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) change to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Its agreed by all members under this payment plan that shall never get involved in any act of cyber crimes or even help anyencroach into our system and this will result into legal implications of such a member.

    This arrangement is in three phases and takes a maximum of up to 5 yearsto own a home with no strings attached.
    (A) Acquire land ownership.
    (B) Acquire building materials to commence construction with a mortgage from partner banks for a maximum of 5 years.
    (C) Settling mortgage acquired during construction.

  • The purchaser shall be at liberty to stop at any of the three phases depending on the circumstance but will not be allowed to stop before completion of at least a phase in this process however if it happens the purchaser will be responsible to inform the company stating the reason for the withdrawal and the company shall arrange for a refund in a period of one month but 20% shall be deducted from the total saved mentioned.
  • That the purchaser is at liberty to choose the payment option whether daily, weekly or monthly depending on his earnings however he/ purchaser will not be allowed to change from one payment plan to another unless he/she has officially communicated to the company in writing and such changes will not be affected the total pay expected in a month.
  • That if a purchaser dies before completing a phase, the company will refund the total payments made to the company to the beneficiaries in a period of one month from the date of communication from the family and with valid proof, but if the next of kin is willing to continue with this payment plan, the process will continue normally up to the end.
  • That a purchaser shall be entitled to choose a location/ area for his settlement before saving process begins. Changing from one location to another is not allowed. However this can only happen in the first year of payment and will attract a charge 100,000(one hundred thousand shillings) and the client will be required to meet payments of the new location/area.
  • That where the purchaser fails to meet their payment plan as agreed upon (daily, weekly or monthly) a member will be given a chance to pay all the accumulative amount at once at the end of the month. However if a member fails at the end of the month the company will render this account holder as dormant until he/she paying again. The purchaser will be required to compensate for the lost period not exceeding a period of three month.
  • That if a purchaser fails to pay in the manner foresaid, the company will make arrangement to extend his/her payment plan period to finish the expected amounts.
  • That all payments shall be part and partial to Rapi Home Scheme and not any other purpose. No new arrangements will be allowed from the purchaser.
  • That this arrangement is entered into out of free will and parties are governed by a principle of utmost good faith shall be bound by terms and conditions herein above.
